The show is an American family-friendly comedy/drama that was created by Holly Sorensen and premiered at ABC Family. Kell is a skilled dancer since her time as young, having been a student of ballet at the Royal Academy of Dance. After a ballet training program for 15 years, she was awarded the Youth America Grand Prix at New York. The other performances include a performance as a ballerina in Valentino's International Carousel Tokyo. Kell first started her journey into the world of show business when she was just a small girl. Kell began her acting career by appearing in commercials. After that, she switched to films and TV shows.
